At Gcart, we make online shopping convenient for everyone across Bangladesh. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to ensure prompt doorstep delivery. We process all deliveries with standard packaging through trusted courier services or our in-house delivery channel. We deliver Gcart products nationwide, with delivery charges mentioned in the product details.
The estimated delivery time frame is subject to working days, excluding government/public holidays. After order confirmation, standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days. However, delivery may take longer due to unavoidable circumstances such as national/public holidays, pandemics, etc.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We prioritize customer satisfaction in online shopping. If a product has a manufacturer defect or doesn't match the customer's order, we offer a replacement or exchange.
Customers must check the product upon receipt and contact our support team within 24 hours in case of any defects or discrepancies (conditions apply). Only faulty or mistaken products can be returned.
Conditions for return/exchange:
Products must include original tags, a user manual, a warranty card, and parts. Violation of any condition may result in cancellation of refund/exchange.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products must be reported immediately.
We offer doorstep product returns within the Dhaka metro. If doorstep return is not possible, customers can courier the product to our office address.
Please note: Product replacement is not covered for products damaged by the customer or during customer use, such as burnt, short-circuited, or broken products.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Customers may cancel their orders before shipment to receive a full refund. Once shipped, cancellation may incur a delivery fee.
Refunds from Returns

Purchasing a product covered by a warranty provides peace of mind for our customers. All customers are entitled to one year of service from the date of invoice. Please note that our service warranty policy does not cover damages caused by customers. The warranty service will address all types of damage or specific defects within the covered period. After one year, customers can access after-sales service officially, with payment required.

জি কার্ট -এ আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে সবার জন্য অনলাইন কেনাকাটাকে সুবিধাজনক ও সহজ করে তুলতে কাজ করে চলেছি। আমাদের নিবেদিত কর্মীরা অবিরাম কাজ করে যাচ্ছে কাঙ্খিত পণ্যটি আপনার দোরগোড়ায় পৌঁছে দেয়ার তাগিদে। বিশ্বস্ত কুরিয়ার কিংবা নিজস্ব ডেলিভারি চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে স্ট্যান্ডার্ড প্যাকেজিং সহ সমস্ত ডেলিভারির কাজ স্মপাদন করে থাকি। পণ্যের বিবরণে উল্লেখিত ডেলিভারি চার্জ সহ আমরা দেশব্যাপী জি কার্ট -এর পণ্য সরবরাহ করি।
আনুমানিক ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা নির্ভর করে কার্যদিবসের উপরে। সরকারি ছুটির দিনগুলিতে ডেলিভারি সেবা বন্ধ থাকে। অর্ডার কনফার্ম হবার পরে আনুমানিক ৩ থেকে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারির কাজ সম্পন্ন করা হয়। এছাড়াও প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ এর উপর নির্ভর করতে পারে ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা।
ফেরত এবং পরিবর্তনের নীতিমালা
অনলাইন কেনাকাটায় গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টির দিকে আমরা অগ্রাধিকার দেই। যদি কোন পণ্যে প্রস্তুকারক কতৃক কোন ত্রুটি থাকে বা গ্রাহকের অর্ডারের সাথে না মিলে সেক্ষেত্রে আমরা পণ্যটি পরিবর্তন কিংবা ফেরত নেয়া হয়।
গ্রাহকের কাছে আমাদের অনুরোধ পণ্য গ্রহন করার সময়ে সঠিকভাবে পর্যবেক্ষন করে নেয়ার। মনে রাখবেন শুধুমাত্র প্রস্তুতকারক ত্রুটি কিংবা সঠিক পণ্য না গেলে তখন পণ্য পরিবর্তন কিংবা ফেরত নেয়া হবে।
ফেরত / পরিবর্তনের শর্তাবলি
পণ্যে অরিজিনাল ট্যাগ, ইউজার মেনুয়াল, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড এবং কোন ক্ষয়ক্ষতি বা আপনার দ্বারা হারালে তা আর ফেরত / পরিবর্তন হবে না।
ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভুল, বা অসম্পূর্ণ পণ্য অবিলম্বে রিপোর্ট করা আবশ্যক।
আমরা ঢাকা সিটি কর্পোরেশনের মধ্যে ঘরে ঘরে পণ্য ফেরত / পরিবর্তন এর সুবিধা দিয়ে থাকি। যদি সেটি সম্ভব না হয় সেক্ষেত্রে পণ্যটি কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে নিজস্ব জেলায় আমাদের সার্ভিস সেন্টারে পাঠিয়ে দিতে পারবেন।
মনে রাখবেনঃ গ্রাহকের দ্বারা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যগুলির জন্য বা গ্রাহক ব্যবহারের সময়, যেমন পোড়া, শর্ট-সার্কিট বা ভাঙা পণ্যগুলির জন্য এই সুবিধা কার্যকর হবে না।
অর্ডার বাতিল এবং ফেরতের নীতিমালাঃ
ডেলিভারির আগেই অর্ডার বাতিল করতে হবে গ্রাহকদের। যদি ডেলিভারির সময়ে বাতিল করা হয় সেক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে সম্পূর্ণ ডেলিভারি ফি দিতে হবে।
ফেরতকৃত পণ্যের মুল্য পেতেঃ
পণ্য প্রাপ্তির ৪৮ঘন্টার মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময়। অনুমোদিত হলে, ব্যাংক এর মাধ্যমে সেই অর্থ ফেরত করতে ৮-১০ কার্যদিবস সময় নেয়। নিম্নলিখিত সারণীর উপর ভিত্তি করে গ্রাহকরা তাদের সুবিধা মোতাবেক প্রদানকৃত অর্থ ফেরত এর জন্য বাছাই করে নিতে পারবেন-

ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালা
যেকোনো পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি আমাদের গ্রাহকদের মানসিক শান্তি প্রদান করে। সকল গ্রাহক চালানের তারিখ থেকে পণ্যের উপর এক বছরের পরিষেবা পাওয়ার অধিকারী। মনে রাখবেন আমাদের সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি পণ্যের উপরে গ্রাহক দ্বারা সৃষ্ট ক্ষতির জন্য প্রযোজ্য নয়। এছাড়া পণ্যের যেকোনো প্রস্তুতকারক ত্রুটি কিংবা অসামঞ্জস্যতা এর জন্য ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য। এক বছর সময়সীমার মধ্যেই প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী গ্রাহকরা এই ওয়ারেন্টি পরিষেবা গ্রহন করতে পারবেন।

পণ্যের সঠিক নির্দেশিকা অনুযায়ী ইনস্টল না হলে ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
